How do I speak to my child's key person?
We believe open communication is vital to your child's journey with us, and we are always here to help.
- Quick updates: Our staff are usually available at the start of each session for brief messages or quick drop-offs.
- Longer or sensitive conversations: If you need to discuss a confidential matter or require more time, please speak directly with your child's key person to arrange a private appointment.
- Termly Learning Meetings: We host dedicated learning meetings each term to share and discuss your child's wonderful progress.
- ClassDojo: We use the ClassDojo messaging app for regular updates. Nursery families will receive log-in details and information about this when their child starts.
