Staff are usually around at the start of the sessions, so if it is a quick message they will be able to see you then. If it is something that requires more time, or is a sensitive issue requiring privacy it would be best to make an appointment directly with the key person. We hold termly ‘learning meetings’ to discuss about your child’s progress. We also use a messaging system called 'Dojo', Nursery children will be provided with the information regarding this when they start.
